Important: Before submitting a DMCA notice, please ensure that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Required Information
To file a DMCA takedown notice, please provide the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
- A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your physical or electronic signature

Our Response Process
Notice Review
We will review your DMCA notice within 24-48 hours to ensure it contains all required information.
Content Removal
If the notice is valid, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
User Notification
We will notify the user who posted the content and provide them with a copy of your notice.
Counter-Notice
The user may submit a counter-notice if they believe the content was removed in error.
Counter-Notice Process
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include:
- Identification of the material that was removed
- Your contact information
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court
- Your physical or electronic signature
Note: Submitting a false counter-notice may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees.
